Refunds may be requested in the following cases:
Refund requests must be made within 2 Hours of the original transaction time. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible, except where required under applicable law or payment gateway/issuer bank guidelines.
For approved refunds, the net refundable amount (after 5% service charges and 2% payment gateway processing fees, where applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.

Customers also have the right to raise disputes/chargebacks directly with their issuing bank or payment provider in accordance with RBI and card network rules. We will cooperate with the payment gateway and banks in resolving such cases.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days as per RBI guidelines.
